FHB Online works best with the following system specifications:

Windows

  • Windows 95/98/XP/NT
  • 32 MB RAM (recommended)
  • Internet Access (56 kbps modem, cable modem, DSL, etc.)
  • A browser that supports 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption

Macintosh

  • System 7.5.5 or higher
  • 32 MB RAM (recommended)
  • Internet Access (56 kbps modem, cable modem, DSL, etc.)
  • A browser that supports 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption

How do I enroll in FHB Online?
Customers with a checking account can enroll online with the following information:

  • Your First Hawaiian Bank checking account number
  • Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for ATMCard, CheckCard, FHB credit card, or YesLineSM 
  • Your social security number

First Hawaiian customers without a checking account can fill out, print and mail in an enrollment form.

How do I enroll in FHB Online for Business?
To enroll in FHB Online for Business, you must fill out, print and send in the business enrollment form or drop it off at any conveniently located branch.

When can I start using FHB Online?
If you have a First Hawaiian checking account and enroll online, you can start using FHB Online immediately.

If you do not have a checking account, you must enroll by mailing in the enrollment form. We will mail you your User Name and Password. Once you receive them you can log in and start using the service.

How do I log in to FHB Online for the first time?
To log in, visit www.fhb.com and enter the User Name and Password you selected at the time you enrolled.

If you mailed in your enrollment form, visit www.fhb.com and enter the User Name and Password that were mailed to you from the bank.

What accounts can I access using FHB Online?
The following accounts can be accessed through FHB Online:

Checking
Savings
Money Market
Certificate of Deposit
Individual Retirement Account (IRA)
Credit Card
Mortgage
Personal Loan
Personal Line of Credit (Personal FirstLine)
